add broken test cases 

the new leading comment is causing the whole Parameters list to break. these
cases should instead format like:

```py
(
    lambda
    # comment
    *x, **y: x
)

(
    lambda
    # comment 2
    *x, **y: x
)
```

without line breaks in the parameter list
