## Summary

Add support for implicit type aliases that use PEP 604 unions:
```py
IntOrStr = int | str

reveal_type(IntOrStr)  # UnionType

def _(int_or_str: IntOrStr):
    reveal_type(int_or_str)  # int | str
```
