* Generate fixes when using --show-fixes
Example command: `cargo run --bin ruff -- --no-cache --select F401
--show-source --show-fixes
crates/ruff/resources/test/fixtures/pyflakes/F401_9.py`
Before, `--show-fixes` was ignored:
