Carl Meyer 681ad2fd92 [ty] move primer projects to good.txt (#20444) 
## Summary

After https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff/pull/20359 we can move all but
three remaining projects over to `good.txt`.

Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking; executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
