## Summary Infer precise Boolean literal types for `str.startswith` calls where the instance and the prefix are both string literals. This allows us to understand `sys.platform.startswith(…)` branches. ## Test Plan New Markdown tests
Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking;
executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
