## Summary

This PR implements [`use-implicit-booleaness-not-len` /
`C1802`](https://pylint.pycqa.org/en/latest/user_guide/messages/convention/use-implicit-booleaness-not-len.html)
> For sequences, (strings, lists, tuples), use the fact that empty
sequences are false.
