David Peter e586f6dcc4 [ty] Benchmarks for problematic implicit instance attributes cases (#20133 )

## Summary

Add regression benchmarks for the problematic cases in
https://github.com/astral-sh/ty/issues/758. I'd like to merge this
before https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff/pull/20128 to measure the
impact (local tests show that this will "solve" both cases).

Ruff Benchmarks

The ruff_benchmark crate benchmarks the linter and the formatter on individual files:

# Run once on the "baseline".
cargo bench -p ruff_benchmark -- --save-baseline=main

# Compare against the "baseline".
cargo bench -p ruff_benchmark -- --baseline=main

# Run the lexer benchmarks.
cargo bench -p ruff_benchmark lexer -- --baseline=main
