## summary
- this pr implements the following attributes for `Enum` members:
- `name`
- `_name_`
- `value`
- `_value_`
- adds a TODO test for `my_enum_class_instance.name`
- only implements if the instance is a subclass of `Enum` re: this

Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking;
executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
