## Summary
Further improve subscript assignment diagnostics, especially for
`dict`s:
```py
config: dict[str, int] = {}
config["retries"] = "three"
```

I have many more ideas, but this looks like a reasonable first step.

executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
