## Summary
<!-- What's the purpose of the change? What does it do, and why? -->
The first part of this issue
https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/issues/7426. Will tackle the second part
mentioned (`~=`) in a separate PR once I know this is the correct way to
warn users.

As per
https://matklad.github.io/2021/02/27/delete-cargo-integration-tests.html
Before that, there were 91 separate integration tests binary.
