## Summary

When syncing a lockfile, we need to respect credentials defined in the
`pyproject.toml`, even if they won't be used for resolution.
Unfortunately, this includes credentials in `tool.uv.sources`,
`tool.uv.dev-dependencies`, `project.dependencies`, and
`project.optional-dependencies`.
