for both). Two confirmations: signed-width tell (3rd row: 0x80016DCC count
<=0 guard), and 0x800474B0's 3rd arg genuinely equals its 4th (faithfully
reproduced, not 'corrected'). Gate MATCH whole-binary SHA-1
