The DLC report logged at info level, which the default performance mode filters out. Users who cannot get DLC working produced logs with nothing in them. The scan now reports at error level: each scanned root with its resolved path and candidate count (including zero), every recognized package with its fate or skip reason, and a count plus one example name for unrecognized entries.
