+* **Three Fable audits** (`.run/S69_fable{,2,3}/report.md`): the h_norm twin hole (6%→21% twin
+  coverage), a controlled NULL on further similarity scanners, and **"nothing is permanently
+  blocked"** — the whole CARVE-REFUSED class was an instrument verdict from a gitignored file missing
+  in worktrees; 13 twins banked in 400 s once fixed.
+* **The integration thesis, confirmed all day:** nearly every drafted target MATCHED; nearly every
+  gate failure was a DECLARATION. §376/§378/§378a/§378b/§378c is now a five-variant decision table.

+2. **The maspsx reorder-passthrough** — 3 lines, byte-inert on 800c3/800c2, **6 wall banks** (§332b);
+   retires `oracle_reorder.py`.
+3. **`family_remap` decl-environment fix** (§398) — it carries the SOURCE TU's decls; `decl_prior`
+   already computes the destination's. This is what caps the remap lane at ~15% straight-through.
