Drew T c6f6f668ba feat(decomp): main/func_80036D58 — the narrow-param decl-sync completes the §378 chain 
A no-proto decl is ILLEGAL against a definition whose parameter is affected by
the default argument promotions (s16 here): C89 requires the parameter types be
promotion-stable when one declaration has no prototype. So fix_arity_callers'
--any-proto cannot reach this case (it skips it as 'narrow-param').

With the call sites already cast (§378) the decls emit no code, so syncing them
to the draft's exact signature is byte-neutral: 3 decls in src/800.c rewritten to
extern void func_80036D58(s16). Byte-identical, main.

Drew T cbce26e272 feat(decomp): A-prop lane S59 sweep 1 — 38 banked of 80 staged, zero model tokens 
The population that banked 0/117 on three consecutive passes banks 38/80 with
the S59 fixes, attributed against the 21:04 baseline classes:
  29  the closeness-2 ordinal cluster (value/offset swap -> candidate pairing
      adjudicated by match_one at draft time)
   4  the near-0 TU-integration class (K&R definitions + the arity pre-pass;
      func_80162CCC x3 overlays among them — 42 engine_core.h caller decls
      kept no-proto for the banked set, byte-neutral for empty calls)
   5  drafts the old pipeline refused or mis-staged
Every bank is whole-binary SHA-verified by gate_stage/harvest_verify (G3/P9).

Drew T 5d8d497c48 feat(decomp): free A-prop remap lane — 390 banked, zero model tokens 
aprop_autodraft over regenerated A-prop cards (582 mechanical drafts), reloc_identity
pre-filter (509/582 AGREE), sweep_parallel gate across 107 binaries in 54m35s.
Result: 390 banked of 511 gated (76.3%).

This lane was invisible until the atlas KeyError fix earlier this session: member_lever
emitted the confidence value 'aprop-pure' that _CONF_RANK never contained, so atlas.py
died on the first group carrying such a vote and could not produce an atlas at all.
With it fixed the remap lever shows 235 groups / 812 instances / 46,240 instructions.
