T6 log — lying declarations to 0 outside the ledger

Timeline:

• Start: HEAD effdd382f0, no restruct_cycle running. Read card slice, plan sections, T6 entry, summaries T1 T2 T5 T11.
• Lying rows: restruct.argcheck_rows() filtered (not kr_marked, not cross_binary) → 229 rows / 24 callees / 25 (callee, def_file, kind) groups; dumped .run/P39/t6/lying_rows.json (scripts .run/P39/t6/lying3.py, use.py). 17 of 24 callees are aF<addr> asm-label aliases (K&R-empty decls in caller TUs).
• restruct --plan --rung D --headers → 0 units (.run/logs/t6_planD.log); with --redraw DECL-NONE DECL-KEPT DECL-CANON → 98 other callees, none of the 24 (.run/logs/t6_planD2.log). Latest D rows of the 24 were DECL-NONE (aliases, keyed by real name) / DECL-KEPT / DECL-CANON. Decision: per-callee --callee/--signature units, def + all callers (C0508), restruct taught to express caller-only units.
• c1 (coder-opus55): restruct fixes (alias-def lookup, caller-only unit, header def scope, no-op decl skip, asm-label decl skip; selftest 109/109); 16 groups drawn (206 sites), commits ad4c0f60b1..6eb926af83; one barrier-restore commit 5060c15679 (asm-decl bug had respelled 3 !FAKE barrier decls of aF8014C4AC). Stopped at context threshold, partial; restruct.py uncommitted. Log logs/T6.c1.md; progress archived logs/T6.c1.progress1.md.
• c2 (coder-opus55): committed c1's restruct fix (kit-corpus + tools-health EXIT=0), fixed shared-header def scope to includers' tu_aliases (b133b7bc2c), drew 6 more groups (aF801848DC, func_80181E0C, aF8017E3F0 x2, func_801851DC, func_8018A224 by in-TU unalias), ledgered 4 rows (768085d82f), R22 218/218. Log logs/T6.c2.md. Last commit 9aa5887362.
• Ledgered (config/lying_exceptions.tsv): func_8012BD14 narrow 6 + K&R-empty 1, func_8012CBF4 narrow 3 → ZERO-ARG-CALLERS (callers use the result of a zero-arg call, v0 = func_8012BD14(); ov_SC04_015_jr_8017AE2C.c:4566; prototype → "too few arguments"); func_80014CF8 K&R-empty 1 → PROTO-DIFFERS ov_MAIN_012 jr_801458E0.o (c1 run .run/P39/t6c1/t6c1_func_80014CF8.log).
• Verify (expert, .run/logs/t6_verify.log): type_census --check-casts --quiet → raw P=257464 I=49831 X=13790 M=15128; macros … (unbacked 0); lying=11 (ledgered 11); RC1=1 (raw > 0, reading A residue; see Deviations). --check-casts --residue --quiet → uncovered P=0 I=0 X=0 M=0, unbacked 0, lying=11 (ledgered 11), RC2=0. --check-structs --quiet → OK conflicting_types=0 types_floor_lying=11, RC3=0.
• D1 (.run/logs/t6_d1.log): type_census -j 16 --out-dir .run/P39/census C=0; readability_progress --snapshot "P3.39 T6: …" S=0 at 9aa588736; timeline.py T=0 (82 rows); progress.py --readme P=0.
• H7: docs/ops/p39-t6-2026-10-02-restruct-rung-d-callers.md + INDEX line.
• Removed a stray 62-byte file at repo root (name hile IFS="\|" read …) left by a coder heredoc.
• decomp-architect/corpus/tools/P9/progress.py: kit-corpus copy of T11's tools/progress.py (cmp SAME), staged in the T6 commit.

Hypotheses rejected:

• "rung D planner will list the 24 callees" — 0 units even with --redraw (logs above).
• "aF8014C4AC barrier decls are lying decls" — they are asm-label !FAKE barriers; decl_sites now skips asm-label decls.
