G12 -- No game-derived bytes in any tracked or published artifact, from the first commit

Nothing derived from the game enters git — the dump, extracted payloads, generated disassembly, assets, build output, memory images, the reverse-engineering database, the vendor SDK, transcripts that quote disassembly, training data derived from the target, and any text file that pastes the target's instructions. Symbol names, addresses, hashes, configuration and the decompiled C are what a decompilation publishes. There is no private-repository exemption: the source project relaxed this rule while private and paid for it with a full-history rewrite of four thousand commits. provenance: BFM H1 + R74; the R1 relaxation and its bill (P33 C1–C9)
