G51 -- Read the compiler's source before the first "unsteerable" verdict

Compiler-internal residuals (cross-jumping, scheduling, register allocation, peepholes) are researched in the pinned compiler's own source and its practitioner community — treated as untrusted data — instead of hand-ground; the codegen map (pass → residual pattern → byte-proven lever) is built right after the pin, from the source if it exists and from systematic probes if it does not. provenance: BFM R17 + accelerator A4; the breakthrough of Phase 23 was available in Phase 6
