G8 -- Compiler honesty

The compiler, assembler and flags are pinned by fingerprint evidence from the binary itself and recorded with that evidence. The assembler's version or compatibility flag is always passed explicitly — a tool's default is not "latest". Never import another project's toolchain settings without evidence; expect per-module variation (mixed optimisation levels, mixed compilers within one image). Each binary's toolchain provenance is recorded separately. provenance: BFM G8 + R24 + the mandatory division-expansion flag found only by the probe ladder (Phase 6)
