Drew Tdocs/sunset — retired documents awaiting the owner's review
Everything in this folder left docs/ at the Phase-33.5 consolidation (2026-09-07, v1.32.1) because its purpose was
fulfilled and its information lives elsewhere. Each file was moved with git mv (history intact) after a referrer
census found no link to it outside the phase records, and each has a row in the wiki's Archive index
(docs/wiki/Archive-index.md) saying what it was, what came of it and where its information lives now. Nothing may
link into this folder (tools/doc_links.py refuses it); the Archive index names these files as paths so that the
folder can be deleted without breaking a link.
Deletion is the owner's decision, made after review — never part of the move. Tick a row when reviewed; delete the folder (or single files) with an ordinary commit when done. The phase records that cite these files by their old paths (PhaseEnds, the decision log, the cookbook) are records and stay as written.
