G10 -- A standalone match is not a bank

Every "it matches" claim names the compilation it survived: standalone with relocations masked (proves the body's shape), the real translation unit (proves the body in its declaration context), or the whole-binary rebuild (proves everything). An isolated oracle's output is a gate-first candidate, never a bank; before calling a class dead, drive the integration chain (declaration sync, callee casts, the real-TU probe, the gate) to a byte verdict. provenance: BFM accelerators #16/#18 (P31 S69); "32 free banks waiting" that gated 0 of 28
