G67 -- Translate an inherited idiom through its pass; never copy the lever

An inherited cookbook idiom is a symptom, a NAMED compiler pass, a lever and a byte proof. On the same compiler family it is used directly — and still re-proven on this project's own bytes before it enters this project's cookbook. On another compiler the symptom is looked up, the same pass is read in THAT compiler's source (the idiom says exactly what to read), the symptom is reproduced with a five-line reproducer, and this project's own lever is found. A lever copied across compilers without its pass is a guess wearing a citation. provenance: BFM P33.5 task 13.5 (Drew, 2026-09-07); the codegen map's pass → residual → lever structure; how-to chapter 07 "when there is no source"
