mariob92 271874bf40 exclude most libultra stuff in separate repository ...

- libultra stuff with bk specific changes was taken into a submodule: https://github.com/mariob92/ultralib.git
- submodule builds a libultra_rom.a which is linked into the game
- most libultra source files were removed from source tree (only a few files are left, which are not matching at the moment)
