Léo Lam a0245d4696 Move aiCameraEvent, AirOctaDataMgr, scenes, CameraMgr 
Put each where link order does: aiCameraEvent in the camera AI run,
AirOctaDataMgr right before aiAirOctaFlyUp, CameraMgr between the
ActorSystem and Chemical runs.
