* some wii OS fixes

* remove old dol2asm comments

* remove dol2asm.h

* remove function address comments

* normalize ATTRIBUTE_ALIGN usage

* DECL_WEAK macro

* fix gcc attribute weak macro

* wrap more mwcc specific things in ifdefs
