Shane McGovern 4e5de86067 fix(game3): keep hidden-item flags in the authoritative Space store ...

Hidden-item pickup wrote its flag through `session and (session.store or
session)`. An FRLG session has no `.store` field (save_schema_firered.lua
persists flags/vars only), so the expression silently fell through to
session.flags and never touched Space.store -- the one table every
gameplay script uses, and the one Space.persistSession serializes back
into session.flags.

The bug stayed invisible because the lookup used the same wrong table.
Opening the start menu runs Hud.openStartMenu -> Space.persistSession ->
persist_sidecar, whose `session.flags = Flags.serialize(Space.store).flags`
overwrote the mirror with the stale store snapshot and erased the flag, so
the item was immediately collectable again. The save menu and
src/runtime.lua persist the same way.

Resolve the store through the active Space store when there is one, and
write the pickup flag to it while mirroring session.flags -- the shape
item_use.lua's sys_flag and Field.openDottedHoleDoor already use. Falls
back to the session table so headless callers keep working.
