Hat Kid 0b799821ed decompiler: export blerc data to glb (#4316)
This adds the blerc data from merc models to the GLB export as shape
keys, also including the data from animations. Blender is unfortunately
a bit weird about this and only really lets you change what animated
weights are used via the NLA track editor by selecting both the
corresponding armature animation and then the one for the shape keys.
Additionally, due to the way the Blender GLB import works when you have
animated weights on a model + animations as actions for an armature, any
models that have blerc data get an extra useless empty, but this seems
to be harmless.

This PR also fixes materials that use texture animations so they now
have their base texture in the export, rather than using the default
material. Materials now also get named after their base texture for
easier recognition.

Hat Kid e6260e48ab decompiler: support animation export and support master art groups in build-actor tool (#4260)
Adds support for exporting animations for foreground models. It's not
perfect and doesn't handle the Jak 2/3 animations very well in some
cases (scale can often get messed up, especially for the LZO compressed
ones, I have no idea what is going on with the data in those art groups
sometimes, so that'll have to be revisited later...), but it does a
decent job on Jak 1.

Additionally, the `build-actor` tool has also been changed to support
setting the `master-art-group-name` and `master-art-group-index` fields
to allow for custom art groups to link their animations to a different
master art group, which lets you add custom animations to vanilla art
groups.

Matt Dallmeyer 9426683ae5 Extract merc models into individual glb files (#3632)
e.g. instead of just `beach-foreground.glb` and `beach-background.glb`,
you'd now get:
- `beach/babak-lod0.glb`
- `beach/babak-lod1.glb`
- `beach/babak-lod2.glb`
- `beach/barrel-lod0.glb`
- `beach/beach-background.glb`
- `beach/beachcam-lod0.glb`
- ... (42 other files)
- `beach/windmill-one-lod2.glb`

`common` models are also grouped into their own folder

water111 5b04be2fa0 Add hfrag, clean up some background renderer stuff (#3509)
This adds hfrag, but with a few remaining issues:
- The textures aren't animated. Instead, it just uses one texture.
- The texture filtering isn't as good as at it could be.

I also cleaned up a few issues with the background renderers:
- Cleaned up some stuff that is common to hfrag, tie, tfrag, shrub
- Moved time-of-day color packing stuff to FR3 creation, rather than at
level load. This appears to reduce the frame time spikes when a level is
first drawn by about 5 or 6 ms in big levels.
- Cleaned up the x86 specific stuff used in time of day. Now there's
only one place where we have an `ifdef`, rather than spreading it all
over the rendering code.

water111 46c634686c [gltf export] Export TIE wind models (#2960)
Export models with "wind". The levels with wind models are:
firecanyon (9), beach (5), village1 (7), lavatube (2).

Sometimes a single object is made up of multiple models - for example
the tree in sandover is actually several meshes.

water111 71cb1aef6f [merc2] support vertex updates, use this for blerc in jak 1 and jak 2 (#2179)
This PR adds a feature to merc2 to update vertices. This will be needed
to efficient do effects like blerc/ripple/texture scroll. It's enabled
for blerc in jak 1 and jak 2, but with a few disclaimers:
- currently we still use the mips2c blerc implementation, which is slow
and has some "jittering" because of integer precision. When porting to
PC, there was an additional synchronization problem because blerc
overwrites the merc data as its being read by the renderers. I _think_
this wasn't an issue on PS2 because the blerc dma is higher priority
than the VIF1 DMA, but I'm not certain. Either way, I had to add a mutex
for this on PC to avoid very slight flickering/gaps. This isn't ideal
for performance, but still beats generic by a significant amount in
every place I tested. If you see merc taking 2ms to draw, it is likely
because it is stuck waiting on blerc to finish. This will go away once
blerc itself is ported to C++.
- in jak 1, we end up using generic in some cases where we could use
merc. In particular maia in village3 hut. This will be fixed later once
we can use merc in more places. I don't want to mess with the
merc/generic selection logic when we're hopefully going to get rid of it
soon.
- There is no support for ripple or texture scroll. These use generic on
jak 1, and remain broken on jak 2.
- Like with `emerc`, jak 1 has a toggle to go back to the old behavior
`*blerc-hack*`.
- In most cases, toggling this causes no visual differences. One
exception is Gol's teeth. I believe this is caused by texture coordinate
rounding issues, where generic has an additional float -> int -> float
compared to PC merc. It is very hard to notice so I'm not going to worry
about it.

water111 73561f10a3 support c++ tools on macos (#2063)
Running reference tests/decompiler should now be possible on macos
(arm). Most of the changes were just cleaning up places where we were
sloppy with ifdefs, but there were two interesting ones:
- `Printer.cpp` was updated to not use a recursive function for printing
lists, to avoid stack overflow
- I replaced xxhash with another version of the same library that
supports arm (the one that comes in zstd). The interface is C instead of
C++ but it's not bad to use. I confirmed that the extractor succeeds on
jak 1 iso so it looks like this gives us the same results as the old
library.
