Last release was bad, went to delete it and remake it. Found out that immutable releases also means an implicit tag protection that you cannot disable. This is a good thing, unfortunate that I forgot about it before deleting the tag. Anyway...this will resolve it (allows me to push 0.3.8 and it'll still generate the release notes with the last tag (0.3.6), atleast that's the theory
