PCI Memory Resource start address and size are variable, dependent on

The first thing bcm47xx_fill_sprom does is initialize (zero fill) the SPROM. For
BCMA SOC, this wipes out any values previously read by bcm47xx_fill_sprom_ethernet
(see arch/mips/bcm47xx/setup.c - bcm47xx_get_sprom_bcma). Move the initialization
of SPROM so it is called prior to filling in any values.

The devices I know of are not using a PCIe core with rev <= 10. The
BCM4718 uses a PCIe core with revision 14 and the BCM43224 uses a PCIe
core with revision 15. This patch removes support for old PCIe core
versions, which are not found on devices supported by brcmsmac.

There are no devices which are using bcma and have a PCI bus, just a
PCIe bus or something else. bcma does not support PCI devices, so lets
also remove PCI support from brcmsmac. All devices currently supported
by brcmsmac are PCIe based.

The lowest chip common version used on bcma based devices is 31 on the
bcm4718 and 32 on the bcm4313, bcm43224, and bcm43225, so the support
for the old versions could be removed.

The attribute country_code and alpha2 are two different attributes in
the sprom. country_code contains some code in an 8 bit coding and
alpha2 contains two chars with the country code. The attributes where
read out wrongly in the past and country_code is only available on
sprom version 1.

Previously the rev contained the revision read from the pci config
space and was used as board_rev in the wireless drivers. This is wrong
the board_rev is only fetched from the sprom accordingly to the open
source part of the Broadcom SDK and brcmsmac. This patch removes the
rev from the boardinfo structure and uses the board_rev attribute from
sprom instead. This attribute is filled by PCI, PCMCIA, SDIO and SoC
code.

This commit re-names all functions which dump something from "dbg_dump_*()" to
"ubifs_dump_*()". This is done for consistency with UBI and because this way it
will be more logical once we remove the debugging sompilation option.

In case of errors we almost always need the stack dump - it makes no sense

If the usb-serial driver doesn't have a reset_resume callback, then we
need to tell the USB core that it doesn't, and it needs to rebind the
device.

The commit 55261f4670 ("perf evlist: Fix creation of cpu map") changed
to create a per-task event when no cpu target is specified. However it
caused a problem since perf-task do not allow event inheritance due to
scalability issues so that the result will contain samples only from
parent, not from its children.
So we should use perf-task-per-cpu events anyway to get the right
result. Revert it.

Rename perf_target__no_{cpu,task} to perf_target__has_{cpu,task} because
it's more intuitive and easy to parse (for human beings) when used with
negation.
The names are came out from David Ahern. It is intended to be a
mechanical substitution without any functional change.
The perf_target__none remains unchanged since I couldn't find a right
name and it is hardly used with negation.

Since ramoops was converted to pstore, it has nothing to do with character
devices nowadays. Instead, today it is just a RAM backend for pstore.
The patch just moves things around. There are a few changes were needed
because of the move:
1. Kconfig and Makefiles fixups, of course.
2. In pstore/ram.c we have to play a bit with MODULE_PARAM_PREFIX, this
is needed to keep user experience the same as with ramoops driver
(i.e. so that ramoops.foo kernel command line arguments would still
work).

Instead of using /dev/mem directly and forcing userspace to know (or
extract) where the platform has defined persistent memory, how many slots
it has, the sizes, etc, use the common pstore infrastructure to handle
Oops gathering and extraction. This presents a much easier to use
filesystem-based view to the memory region. This also means that any
other tools that are written to understand pstore will automatically be
able to process ramoops too.
