81653edd99 microblaze: Add missing PVR version codes
PVR version code was missing in the cpu_ver_lookup table for the following
versions: 8.50.b 8.50.c 9.2 9.3

This caused /proc/cpuinfo to display "CPU-Ver: Unknown" for these versions.

This was detected and the patch tested with MicroBlaze version 8.50.c.
The other codes were taken from the Xilinx MicroBlaze Processor Reference

72ea403669 mtd: nand: added nand_shutdown
Add nand_shutdown to wait for current nand operations to finish and prevent
further operations by changing the nand flash state to FL_SHUTDOWN.

This is addressing a problem observed during reboot tests using UBIFS
root file system: NAND erase operations that are in progress during
system reboot/shutdown are causing partial erased blocks. Although UBI should
be able to detect and recover from this error, this change will avoid
the creation of partial erased blocks on reboot in the middle of a NAND erase
operation.

b0ddb319db ARM: shmobile: sh73a0 legacy: Set .control_parent for all irqpin instances
The sh73a0 INTC can't mask interrupts properly most likely due to a
hardware bug. Set the .control_parent flag to delegate masking to the
parent interrupt controller, like was already done for irqpin1.

Without this, accessing the three-axis digital accelerometer ADXL345
on kzm9g through /dev/input/event1 causes an interrupt storm, which
requires a power-cycle to recover from.

This was inspired by a patch for arch/arm/boot/dts/sh73a0.dtsi from
Laurent Pinchart <laurent.pinchart+renesas@ideasonboard.com>.
