Problem is partially caused by commit f69e3caa9e ("ASoC: max98090: Enable
both DMIC channels also when using mono configuration") which connects
"DMICL_ENA" and "DMICR_ENA" supply widgets to "DMIC Mux".
Fix the breakage by reverting f69e3caa9e and then by adding additional
"DMICR_ENA" to "DMICL" and "DMICL_ENA" to "DMICR" cross-connections. This
disconnects these supply widgets from the mux and makes sure that both DMIC
data channels are still enabled together.

DCAN1 is routed to CAN port (J11) when Profile 1 is selected on the
profile selection switch.
Provide information for DCAN1 pins and node but keep it disabled
by default. User has to manually enable it if Profile 1 is chosen.

The board has 2 CAN ports but only the first one can be used.
Enable the first CAN port.
WAKEUP0 pin doesn't have INPUT enable bit so we just disable
weak PULLs.
The second CAN port cannot be used without hardware modification
so we don't enable the second port.

The supported bandwidth field is a two-bit field, not a bitmap,
so treat it accordingly when disabling 80+80 or 160 MHz.
Note that we can only advertise "80+80 and 160" or "160", not
"80+80" by itself, so disabling 160 also disables 80+80.

cs.base is declared as a __u64 variable and vector is a u32 so this
causes a static checker warning. The user indeed can set "sipi_vector"
to any u32 value in kvm_vcpu_ioctl_x86_set_vcpu_events(), but the
value should really have 8-bit precision only.

Move struct kvm_assigned_dev_kernel to assigned-dev.c by modifying
arch/x86/kvm/iommu.c to take a PCI device struct.

Add a PRE_DISABLE notification so that consumers can use a
notifier to run any steps required to prepare for the
regulator being switched off. Since the regulator disable
can fail an abort notification is also added.

The am53c974 is a re-implementation of the tmscsim driver,
and provides the same functionality.
So remove the tmscsim driver and make am53c974 an alias to tmscsim.

CONFIG2_FENAB ('feature enable') changed definition between chip
revisions, from 'Latch SCSI Phase' to 'Latch SCSI Phase, display
chip ID upon reset, and enable 24 bit addresses'.
So only enable it for am53c974 where we know what it's doing.

On PCscsi, the FENAB configuration also enables 24-bit DMA
transfer lengths (and provides the chip id in TCHI after reset).
We want to be able to enable this parameter from the DMA driver.
Check if the caller of scsi_esp_register provided a value for esp->config2.
If this is the case, assume this is not an ESP100, skip the detection
phase and leave esp->config2 untouched. It will be used in esp_reset_esp.

The am53c974 returns the same ID as the FAS236, but implements
things slightly differently. So detect the am53c974 by checking
for ESP_CONFIG4 register.

The am53c974 has an design issue where a single byte might be
left in the SCSI FIFO after a DMA transfer.
As the handling code is currently untested add a WARN_ON()
statement here.

Using DMA for command submission has the drawback that it might
generate additional DMA completion interrupts after the command
has been submitted to the device.
Additionally the am53c974 has a design flaw causing it
to generate spurious interrupts even though DMA completion
interrupts are not enabled.
This can be avoided by using the FIFO for command submission.

Many block drivers accounting io stat based on bio (e.g. NVMe...),
the blk_account_io_start/end() which is based on request
does not make sense to them, so here we introduce the similar help
function named generic_start/end_io_acct base on raw sectors, and it can
simplify some driver's open io accounting code.

v3.18-rc6 contains an important DT bug fix, c1a2086e2d, "of/selftest:
Fix off-by-one error in removal path" which affects testing of the
overlay patch series. Merge it into the devicetree/next staging branch
so that the overlay patches are applied on top of a known working tree.

Currently perf report on TUI doesn't print percent for first-level
callchain entry.
I guess it (wrongly) assumes that there's only a single callchain in the
first level.
This patch fixes it by handling the first level callchains same as
others - if it's not 100% it should print the percent value.
Also it'll affect other callchains in the other way around - if it's
100% (single callchain) it should not print the percentage.
