As the seq_buf->len will soon be +1 size when there's an overflow, we
must use trace_seq_used() or seq_buf_used() methods to get the real
length. This will prevent buffer overflow issues if just the len
of the seq_buf descriptor is used to copy memory.

The function tracing_fill_pipe_page() logic is a little confusing with the
use of count saving the seq.len and reusing it.
Instead of subtracting a number that is calculated from the saved
value of the seq.len from seq.len, just save the seq.len at the start
and if we need to reset it, just assign it again.
When the seq_buf overflow is len == size + 1, the current logic will
break. Changing it to use a saved length for resetting back to the
original value is more robust and will work when we change the way
seq_buf sets the overflow.

By default set udl_gem_object as cacheable, but set WC flag when attaching
dmabuf. In udl_gem_mmap() update cache attributes based on the flags, similar
to exynos_drm_gem_mmap().

Before this patch, cirrus_device_init could have failed while
cirrus_mm_init succeeded and the driver would have reported overall
success on load. This patch causes cirrus_device_init to return on
the first error encountered.

I guess for hysterical raisins this was meant to be the way to read
blob properties. But that's done with the two-stage approach which
uses separate blob kms object and the special-purpose get_blob ioctl.
Shipping userspace seems to have never relied on this, and the kernel
also never put any blob thing onto that property. And nowadays it
would blow up, e.g. in drm_property_destroy. Also it makes no sense to
return values in an ioctl that only returns metadata about everything.
So let's ditch all the internal code for the blob list, rename the
list to be unambiguous and sprinkle comments all over the place to
explain this peculiar piece of api.

Yet another fallout from not considering DP MST hotplug. With the
previous patches we have stable indices, but it might still happen
that a connector gets added between when we allocate the array and
when we actually add a connector. Especially when we back off due to
ww mutex contention or similar issues.
So store the sizes of the arrays in struct drm_atomic_state and double
check them. We don't really care about races except that we want to
use a consistent value, so ACCESS_ONCE is all we need. And if we
indeed notice that we'd overrun the array then just give up and
restart the entire ioctl.

Otherwise the connector might have been unplugged and destroyed while
we didn't look. Yet another fallout from DP MST hotplugging that I
didn't consider.
To make sure we get this right add an appropriate WARN_ON to
drm_atomic_state_clear (obviously only when we actually have a state
to clear up). And reorder all the state_clear and backoff calls to
make it work out properly.

I've totally forgotten that with DP MST connectors can now be
hotplugged. And failed to adapt Rob's drm_atomic_state code (which
predates connector hotplugging) to the new realities.
The first step is to make sure that the connector indices used to
access the arrays of pointers are stable. The connection mutex gives
us enough guarantees for that, which means we won't unecessarily block
on concurrent modesets or background probing.
So add a locking WARN_ON and shuffle the code slightly to make sure we
always hold the right lock.

Well, ttm code wants to process 512 pages at a time for performance.
Memory footprint increased by 512 * sizeof(struct page *) buffer is

Thus, we can use static buffer when called from shrinker function
and clean up function.

Implement crtc page_flip callback for bochsdrm. The qemu stdvga has no
vblank signaling, so we have to fake it. We do so by instantly calling
drm_send_vblank_event. Tested with kmscon.

Recently (qemu 2.2+) the qemu stdvga got a register to switch the vga
framebuffer endianness. This patch adds code to explicitly set the
endianness of the framebuffer. In most cases this has no effect as
the default is guest architecture endianness. It is needed though in
case a architecture supports both big and little endian, i.e. for
ppc64le.

As reported by Dmitry, on some Chromebooks there are devices with
corresponding ACPI objects and with unusual system wakeup
configuration. Namely, they technically are wakeup-capable, but the
wakeup is handled via a platform-specific out-of-band mechanism and
the ACPI PM layer has no information on the wakeup capability. As
a result, device_may_wakeup(dev) called from acpi_dev_suspend_late()
returns 'true' for those devices, but the wakeup.flags.valid flag is
unset for the corresponding ACPI device objects, so acpi_device_wakeup()
reproducibly fails for them causing acpi_dev_suspend_late() to return
an error code. The entire system suspend is then aborted and the
machines in question cannot suspend at all.
Address the problem by ignoring the device_may_wakeup(dev) return
value in acpi_dev_suspend_late() if the ACPI companion of the device
being handled has wakeup.flags.valid unset (in which case it is clear
that the wakeup is supposed to be handled by other means).
This fixes a regression introduced by commit a76e9bd89a (i2c:
attach/detach I2C client device to the ACPI power domain) as the
affected systems could suspend and resume successfully before that
commit.

Port Key was determined as 16 bits according to the link speed,
duplex and user key (which is yet not supported). In the old
speed field, 5 bits are for speed [1|10|100|1000|10000]Mbps as
below:

RFBI iclk was set to point to hacky "dss_fck", which will be removed.
Instead use "l3_div_ck", which is the proper clock for this. "l3_div_ck"
is the parent of "dss_fck", so the clock rate is the same as previously.

Instead of using a hacky "dss_fck" clock (which toggles the MODULEMODE
bit) as DSS L3 interface clock, set the .modulemode field in the
omap44xx_dss_hwmod. This works now that the DSS core hwmod is enabled
during DSS submodule resets.

As the init functions necessary for machine init have moved to
generic.h, remove the unnecessary includes and prototypes definitions
from pxa-dt.c.
This removes the include of mach/pxaXXX-regs.h, and make pxa-dt generic
enough to accept other pxa variants.

In order to have a unique .c file for all pxa variants device-tree
definitions, all the initialization functions for MACHINE_START and
DT_MACHINE_START have been put together into generic.h.
The alternative would have been one pxaXXX-dt.c file per variant.
The move is necessary because each include/mach/pxaXXX.h includes the
variant register descriptions which intersects and conflicts one with
each other.
The change is a preparation for pxa-dt.c to support multiple pxa,
ie. pxa3xx and pxa27x.
The machine files including mach/pxaXXX.h all include generic.h, which
guarantees no regression should be introduced.

Switch to simpler gpio-charger module. PDA power requires additional
setup in platform file and is more suited for boards with separate AC
and USB charging inputs. Tosa has a unified input, so it's better suited
for gpio-charger.

("error: 'NR_IRQS_LEGACY' undeclared (first use in this function)") because
they remove the asm/irq.h inclusion while the init_time function needs it
for the NR_IRQS_LEGACY definition.
In the other hand, the point of these commits is to remove board file
support, and init_time is only needed when booting non-DT boards, we can
thus safely remove init_time functions.
