1a2262f90f x86/vt-d: Fix incorrect bit operations in setting values
The function context_set_address_root() and set_root_value are setting new
address in a wrong way, and this patch is trying to fix this problem.

According to Intel Vt-d specs(Feb 2011, Revision 1.3), Chapter 9.1 and 9.2,
field ctp in root entry is using bits 12:63, field asr in context entry is
using bits 12:63.

To set these fields, the following functions are used:
static inline void context_set_address_root(struct context_entry *context,
        unsigned long value);
and
static inline void set_root_value(struct root_entry *root, unsigned long value)

But they are using an invalid method to set these fields, in current code, only
a '|' operator is used to set it. This will not set the asr to the expected
value if it has an old value.

For example:
Before calling this function,
	context->lo = 0x3456789012111;
	value = 0x123456789abcef12;

After we call context_set_address_root(context, value), expected result is
	context->lo == 0x123456789abce111;

But the actual result is:
	context->lo == 0x1237577f9bbde111;

So we need to clear bits 12:63 before setting the new value, this will fix
this problem.

When I run the ftracetest in a busybox docker container, I saw
following error.  Make the logfile template to comply with busybox's
mktemp.  It also keep the logfiles under the logs directory.

c6c93242db ftracetest: Add a couple of ftrace test cases
Added three test cases to get the feel of adding tests to ftracetest.
The three cases are:

  function profiling test, to make sure function profiling still works
   with function tracing (was a regression)

  function graph filter test to make sure that function graph filtering works.

  function graph filter with stack tracing test to make sure that the function
   graph filter does filter and also continues to filter when another function tracer
   is running (like the stack tracer)

ee3988c77e ftracetest: Add functions file that holds helper functions
Created the file tools/testing/ftrace/test.d/functions that will
hold helper functions.

Current helper functions include:

 Add clear_trace() helper to reset the trace file

   Used as a descriptive name to show that "echo > trace" is clearing
   the trace file.

 Add disable/enable_tracing() helper calls

   Add calls that disable and enable tracing respectively by echoing
   0 or 1 into tracing_on.

 Add helper reset_tracer() function

    Add a helper function reset_tracer() that will clear the current_tracer
    (echo nop > current_tracer).

This happens because suspend function tries to disable a clock that is
already disabled by runtime_suspend callback. Add if
(!pm_runtime_suspended()) checks to suspend/resume path.

67e225009b ALSA: usb-audio: Trigger PCM XRUN at XRUN
The usb-audio driver detects XRUN at its complete callback, but the
actual code to trigger PCM XRUN is commented out because it caused
deadlock in the past.  This patch revives the PCM trigger properly.
It resulted in more than just enabling snd_pcm_stop(), but it had to
deduce the PCM substream with proper NULL checks and holds the stream
lock around the call.

9bc889b4ba ALSA: pcm: Update the state properly before notification
Some state changes (e.g. snd_pcm_stop()) sets the runtime state after
calling snd_timer_notify().  This is basically racy, since the
notification may wakes up the user even before the state change.
Although the possibility is low, we should set the state before the
notifications.

a85311bf1f openvswitch: Avoid NULL mask check while building mask
OVS does mask validation even if it does not need to convert
netlink mask attributes to mask structure.  ovs_nla_get_match()
caller can pass NULL mask structure pointer if the caller does
not need mask.  Therefore NULL check is required in SW_FLOW_KEY*
macros.  Following patch does not convert mask netlink attributes
if mask pointer is NULL, so we do not need these checks in
SW_FLOW_KEY* macro.

2fdb957d63 openvswitch: Refactor action alloc and copy api.
There are two separate API to allocate and copy actions list. Anytime
OVS needs to copy action list, it needs to call both functions.

e1f9c356d2 openvswitch: Drop packets when interdev is not up
If the internal device is not up, it should drop received
packets. Sometimes it receive the broadcast or multicast
packets, and the ip protocol stack will casue more cpu
usage wasted.

738967b8bf openvswitch: refactor do_output() to move NULL check out of fast path
skb_clone() NULL check is implemented in do_output(), as past of the
common (fast) path. Refactoring so that NULL check is done in the
slow path, immediately after skb_clone() is called.

Besides optimization, this change also improves code readability by
making the skb_clone() NULL check consistent within OVS datapath
module.

049c0d577d dmaengine: xilinx: vdma: Check if the segment list is empty in a descriptor
The segment list in a descriptor should be checked for empty, else
it will try to access invalid address for the first call.  This
patch fixes this issue.
