When the RIC data element (RDE) is included in the IEs coming
from userspace for an association request, its handling is
currently broken as any IEs that are contained within it would
be split off from it and inserted again after all the IEs that
mac80211 generates (e.g. HT, VHT.)
To fix this, treat the RIC element specially, and stop after
it only when we find something that doesn't actually belong to
it. This assumes userspace is actually correctly building it,
directly after the fast BSS transition IE and before all the
others like extended capabilities.
This leaves as a potential problem the case where userspace is
building the following IEs:
[RDE] [vendor resource description] [vendor non-resource IE]
In this case, we'd erroneously consider all three IEs to be
part of the RIC data together, and not split them between the
two vendor IEs. Unfortunately, it isn't easily possible to
distinguish vendor IEs, so this isn't easy to fix. Luckily,
this case is rare as normally wpa_supplicant will include an
extended capabilities IE in the IEs, and that certainly will
break the two vendor IEs apart correctly.

This patch adds 802.11p OCB (Outside the Context of a BSS) mode
support.
When communicating in OCB mode a mandatory wildcard BSSID
(48 '1' bits) is used.
The EDCA parameters handling function was changed to support
802.11p specific values.
The insertion of a newly discovered STAs is done in the similar way
as in the IBSS mode -- through the deferred insertion.
The OCB mode uses a periodic 'housekeeping task' for expiration of
disconnected STAs (in the similar manner as in the MESH mode).
New Kconfig option for verbose OCB debugging outputs is added.

This patch adds new iface type (NL80211_IFTYPE_OCB) representing
the OCB (Outside the Context of a BSS) mode.
When establishing a connection to the network a cfg80211_join_ocb
function is called (particular nl80211_command is added as well).
A mandatory parameters during the ocb_join operation are 'center
frequency' and 'channel width (5/10 MHz)'.
Changes done in mac80211 are minimal possible required to avoid
many warnings (warning: enumeration value 'NL80211_IFTYPE_OCB'
not handled in switch) during compilation. Full functionality
(where needed) is added in the following patch.

CPU and CODEC DAI probe are performed in exactly the same way. Which means
we can reuse the snd_soc_codec_dai_probe() for probing CPU DAIs as well.
While we are at it also drop the unused card parameter form the function.

We were returning maxlen like the userland strnlen if no '\0' character
was encountered while the kernel version is expected to return a value
larger than maxlen. Fixed to return maxlen + 1.

The priv_data is allocated again here wrongly, and it
is not set to the driver data after assignment. This
make the pdata->dev is NULL and oops occurs on the first
call to hsw_volume_put.
The resource has been allocated in driver probe callback
hsw_pcm_dev_probe, so here just remove this sencond
allocation is OK.

Since 64546e9fe3 ("ARM: imx_v6_v7_defconfig updates") and commit
0650f855d2 ("ARM: imx_v4_v5_defconfig: Select CONFIG_IMX_WEIM") CONFIG_SPI
selection was dropped by savedefconfig for imx_v4_v5_defconfig and
imx_v6_v7_defconfig.
In order to keep the same behaviour as previous kernel versions and avoid
regressions, let's add CONFIG_SPI option back.

There are only 4 CTAR registers (CTAR0 - CTAR3) so we can only use the
lower 2 bits of the chip select to select a CTAR register.
SPI_PUSHR_CTAS used the lower 3 bits which would result in wrong bit values
if the chip selects 4/5 are used. For those chip selects SPI_CTAR even
calculated offsets of non-existing registers.

This driver supports the pin/GPIO controllers found in newer Intel SoCs
like Cherryview and Braswell. The driver provides full GPIO support and
minimal set of pin controlling funtionality.
The driver is based on the original Cherryview GPIO driver authored by Ning
Li and Alan Cox.

The string property read helpers will run off the end of the buffer if
it is handed a malformed string property. Rework the parsers to make
sure that doesn't happen. At the same time add new test cases to make
sure the functions behave themselves.
The original implementations of of_property_read_string_index() and
of_property_count_strings() both open-coded the same block of parsing
code, each with it's own subtly different bugs. The fix here merges
functions into a single helper and makes the original functions static
inline wrappers around the helper.
One non-bugfix aspect of this patch is the addition of a new wrapper,
of_property_read_string_array(). The new wrapper is needed by the
device_properties feature that Rafael is working on and planning to
merge for v3.19. The implementation is identical both with and without
the new static inline wrapper, so it just got left in to reduce the
churn on the header file.

The GPIO resources (GpioIo/GpioInt) used in ACPI contain a GPIO number
which is relative to the hardware GPIO controller. Typically this number
can be translated directly to Linux GPIO number because the mapping is
pretty much 1:1.
However, when the GPIO driver is using pins exported by a pin controller
driver via set of GPIO ranges, the mapping might not be 1:1 anymore and
direct translation does not work.
In such cases we need to translate the ACPI GPIO number to be suitable for
the GPIO controller driver in question by checking all the pin controller
GPIO ranges under the given device and using those to get the proper GPIO
number.

The problem lies in hidpp_send_message_sync() which can return 2 types of
errors depending of their sign. Adding a comment there to clarify what is
happening.

Add GPO0 and GPO1 (General Purpose Outputs) controls to mixer.
These can be used on some cards to control amplifier mute (seen in ES1868
datasheet) or additional onboard chips such as QX2130 QXpander processor.
These GPOs are present on ES1868, ES1869, ES1887 and ES1888 chips.
Tested on ES1868 with QX2130.

A connector may be forced on from the command line via video=
command line setting. The digital output of dual-mode connectors
can also be specifically selected and forced on; eg., 'video=DVI-I-2:D'.
However, in this case, the connector->status will be mistakenly set to
connector_status_disconnected, and the connector will not be mode set.
Fix the connector->status when connector->force is DRM_FORCE_ON_DIGITAL.
Note that this seems to have been broken ever since the introduction
of the connector forcing support in
commit d50ba256b5

This patch simplifies task_struct by removing the four numa_* pointers
in the same array and replacing them with the array pointer. By doing this,
on x86_64, the size of task_struct is reduced by 3 ulong pointers (24 bytes on
x86_64).
A new parameter is added to the task_faults_idx function so that it can return
an index to the correct offset, corresponding with the old precalculated
pointers.
All of the code in sched/ that depended on task_faults_idx and numa_* was
changed in order to match the new logic.

So, let's implement 100% guaranteed way to cancel the timer and let's
be sure we are safe even in very unlikely situations.
rq unlocking does not limit the area of switched_from_dl() use, because
this has already been possible in pull_dl_task() below.
Let's consider the safety of of this unlocking. New code in the patch
is working when hrtimer_try_to_cancel() fails. This means the callback
is running. In this case hrtimer_cancel() is just waiting till the
callback is finished. Two
1) Since we are in switched_from_dl(), new class is not dl_sched_class and
new prio is not less MAX_DL_PRIO. So, the callback returns early; it's
right after !dl_task() check. After that hrtimer_cancel() returns back too.

In this case hrtimer_cancel() returns immediately. Very unlikely case,
just to mention.
Nobody can manipulate the task, because check_class_changed() is
always called with pi_lock locked. Nobody can force the task to
participate in (concurrent) priority inheritance schemes (the same reason).
All concurrent task operations require pi_lock, which is held by us.
No deadlocks with dl_task_timer() are possible, because it returns
right after !dl_task() check (it does nothing).
If we receive a new dl_task during the time of unlocked rq, we just
don't have to do pull_dl_task() in switched_from_dl() further.

sched_move_task() is the only interface to change sched_task_group:
cpu_cgrp_subsys methods and autogroup_move_group() use it.
Everything is synchronized by task_rq_lock(), so cpu_cgroup_attach()
is ordered with other users of sched_move_task(). This means we do no
need RCU here: if we've dereferenced a tg here, the .attach method
hasn't been called for it yet.
Thus, we should pass "true" to task_css_check() to silence lockdep
warnings.
