301a89f8cf libperf: Keep count of failed tests 
Keep the count of failed tests, so we get better output with failures,
like:

37ac1bbdc3 libperf: Add tests_mmap_cpus test 
Add mmaping tests that generates prctl call on every cpu validates it
gets all the related events in ring buffer.
