4.14, please pull the following:
- Eric moves the bcm2837 DT file from arm64 to arm because it created a maintenance
problem and would have required either duplication or cross merges
- Stefan changes how the pinmuxing is defined and pushes it at the board level
to support Raspberry Pi Zero Wireless. He then adds supports for the actual
Raspberry Pi Zero Wireless board along with binding documentation. Stefan
also defines a proper SMP enable-method property and binding for BCM2836
(Raspbery Pi 2)
- Rafal describes the BCM5301X USB ports correctly in Device Tree such that
it becomes possible to assign them to specific LED triggers (e.g: USB activity).
He does the same thing for BCM53573 and defines default LED triggers for USB.
- Jon provides a fix for Northstar Plus which consists in correctly defining
the "dma-coherent" property for peripherals which are DMA coherent. He also
does a bit of re-arrangement of the USB DT nodes and finally adds USB 3 PHY

based on BCM47182/53573 and which supports external MoCA (BCM6802)

The sysctl documentation states that the JIT is only available on
x86_64, which is no longer correct.
Update the list, and break it out to indicate which architectures
support the cBPF JIT (via HAVE_CBPF_JIT) or the eBPF JIT
(HAVE_EBPF_JIT).

There are too many ways for the compiler to optimize (that is, break)
dependencies carried via integer values, so it is now permissible to
carry dependencies only via pointers. This commit catches up some of
the documentation on this point.

The memory-barriers.txt document contains an obsolete passage stating that
smp_read_barrier_depends() is required to force ordering for read-to-write
dependencies. We now know that this is not required, even for DEC Alpha.
This commit therefore updates this passage to state that read-to-write
dependencies are respected even without smp_read_barrier_depends().

Sometimes people seems unclear when to use the %pS or %pF printk format.
For example, see commit 51d96dc2e2 ("random: fix warning message on ia64
and parisc") which fixed such a wrong format string.
The documentation should be more clear about the difference.

The PCIe connector provide a optional 12V power supply for high power
downstream components, so we add this as an optional one if we need to
control it.
