Generate stubs and uAPI for nfsd netlink protocol. For the moment,
the new protocol has one operation: rpc_status.
The generated header and source files are created by running:
tools/net/ynl/ynl-regen.sh

This patch reverts mostly commit 40595cdc93 ("nfs: block notification
on fs with its own ->lock") and introduces an EXPORT_OP_ASYNC_LOCK
export flag to signal that the "own ->lock" implementation supports
async lock requests. The only main user is DLM that is used by GFS2 and
OCFS2 filesystem. Those implement their own lock() implementation and
return FILE_LOCK_DEFERRED as return value. Since commit 40595cdc93
("nfs: block notification on fs with its own ->lock") the DLM
implementation were never updated. This patch should prepare for DLM
to set the EXPORT_OP_ASYNC_LOCK export flag and update the DLM
plock implementation regarding to it.

Before commit b36a5780cb ("ovl: modify layer parameter parsing"),
spaces and commas in lowerdir mount option value used to be escaped using
seq_show_option().
In current upstream, when lowerdir value has a space, it is not escaped
in /proc/mounts, e.g.:
none /mnt overlay rw,relatime,lowerdir=l l,upperdir=u,workdir=w 0 0
which results in broken output of the mount utility:
none on /mnt type overlay (rw,relatime,lowerdir=l)
Store the original lowerdir mount options before unescaping and show
them using the same escaping used for seq_show_option() in addition to
escaping the colon separator character.

The GIC v3 specifications allow redistributors and ITSes interconnect
ports used to access memory to be wired up in a way that makes the
respective initiators/memory observers non-coherent.
Add the standard dma-noncoherent property to the GICv3 bindings to
allow firmware to describe the redistributors/ITSes components and
interconnect ports behaviour in system designs where the redistributors
and ITSes are not coherent with the CPU.

Document RZ/G2UL (R9A07G043U) IRQC bindings. The IRQC block on RZ/G2UL SoC
is almost identical to one found on the RZ/G2L SoC the only difference
being it can support BUS_ERR_INT for which it has additional registers.
Hence new generic compatible string "renesas,r9a07g043u-irqc" is added
for RZ/G2UL SoC.
Now that we have additional interrupt for RZ/G2UL and RZ/Five SoC
interrupt-names property is added so that we can parse them based on
names.
While at it updated the example node to four spaces and added
interrupt-names property.

The 'msi' child node schema is missing constraints on additional properties.
It turns out it is incomplete and properties for it are documented in the
parent node by mistake. Move the reference to msi-controller.yaml and
the custom properties to the 'msi' node. Adding 'unevaluatedProperties'
ensures all the properties in the 'msi' node are documented.
With the schema corrected, a minimal interrupt controller node is needed
to properly decode the interrupt properties since the example has
multiple interrupt parents.

Timerlat auto-analysis:
- Timerlat is reporting thread interference time without thread noise
events occurrence. It was caused because the thread interference
variable was not reset after the analysis of a timerlat activation
that did not hit the threshold.
- The IRQ handler delay is estimated from the delta of the IRQ
latency reported by timerlat, and the timestamp from IRQ handler
start event. If the delta is near-zero, the drift from the external
clock and the trace event and/or the overhead can cause the value
to be negative. If the value is negative, print a zero-delay.
- IRQ handlers happening after the timerlat thread event but before
the stop tracing were being reported as IRQ that happened before
the *current* IRQ occurrence. Ignore Previous IRQ noise in this
condition because they are valid only for the *next* timerlat
activation.
Timerlat user-space:
- Timerlat is stopping all user-space thread if a CPU becomes
offline. Do not stop the entire tool if a CPU is/become offline,
but only the thread of the unavailable CPU. Stop the tool only, if
all threads leave because the CPUs become/are offline.

ASoC: Fixes for v6.6
There's quite a lot of changes here, but a lot of them are simple quirks
or device IDs rather than actual fixes. The fixes that are here are all
quite device specific and relatively minor.
This reverts commits 86327e8eb9 ("memcg: drop kmem.limit_in_bytes") and
partially reverts 58056f7750 ("memcg, kmem: further deprecate
kmem.limit_in_bytes") which have incrementally removed support for the
kernel memory accounting hard limit. Unfortunately it has turned out that
there is still userspace depending on the existence of
memory.kmem.limit_in_bytes [1]. The underlying functionality is not
really required but the non-existent file just confuses the userspace
which fails in the result. The patch to fix this on the userspace side
has been submitted but it is hard to predict how it will propagate through
the maze of 3rd party consumers of the software.
Now, reverting alone 86327e8eb9 is not an option because there is
another set of userspace which cannot cope with ENOTSUPP returned when
writing to the file. Therefore we have to go and revisit 58056f7750 as
well. There are two ways to go ahead. Either we give up on the
deprecation and fully revert 58056f7750 as well or we can keep
kmem.limit_in_bytes but make the write a noop and warn about the fact.
This should work for both known breaking workloads which depend on the
existence but do not depend on the hard limit enforcement.
Note to backporters to stable trees. a8c49af3be ("memcg: add per-memcg
total kernel memory stat") introduced in 4.18 has added memcg_account_kmem
so the accounting is not done by obj_cgroup_charge_pages directly for v1
anymore. Prior kernels need to add it explicitly (thanks to Johannes for
pointing this out).

number of fixes needed to address ATA disks suspend/resume issues.
In more detail:
- Add missing additionalProperties on child nodes to the pata-common

- Fix handling of the REPORT SUPPORTED OPERATION CODES command to
ignore reserved bits (Niklas)
- Increase port multiplier soft reset timeout to accomodate slow
devices and avoid issues on wakeup (Matthias)
- A couple of minor code fixes to avoid compilation warnings in
libata-core and libata-eh (me)
- Many patches from me to address suspend/resume issues, and in
particular a potential deadlock on resume due to the SCSI disk
driver resume operation not being synchronized with libata EH port
resume handling.
This is addressed by changing the scsi disk driver disk start/stop
control to allow libata to execute disk suspend (spin down) and
resume (spin up) on its own during system suspend/resume. Runtime
suspend/resume control remains with the SCSI disk driver.
Other fixes include:
- Fix libata power management request issuing to avoid races
- Establish a link between ATA ports and SCSI devices to order PM
operations
- Fix device removal to avoid issues with driver rmmod removal
- Fix synchronization of libata device rescan and SCSI disk resume
operation
- Remove libsas PM operations as suspend/resume is handled
directly by the sas controller resume
- Fix the SCSI disk driver to not issue commands to suspended
disks, thus avoiding potential system lock-up on resume"

Implement the workaround for ARM Cortex-A520 erratum 2966298. On an
affected Cortex-A520 core, a speculatively executed unprivileged load
might leak data from a privileged load via a cache side channel. The
issue only exists for loads within a translation regime with the same
translation (e.g. same ASID and VMID). Therefore, the issue only affects
the return to EL0.
The workaround is to execute a TLBI before returning to EL0 after all
loads of privileged data. A non-shareable TLBI to any address is
sufficient.
The workaround isn't necessary if page table isolation (KPTI) is
enabled, but for simplicity it will be. Page table isolation should
normally be disabled for Cortex-A520 as it supports the CSV3 feature
and the E0PD feature (used when KASLR is enabled).

The reboot and poweroff features are actually part of the Power
Management Unit system controller, thus allow them as its children,
instead of specifying as separate device nodes with syscon phandle.
Without it, the reboot/poweroff feature becomes unavailable.
