7e87d11c9b iio: adc: Add support for TI ADC108S102 and ADC128S102
This is an upstream port of an IIO driver for the TI ADC108S102 and
ADC128S102. The former can be found on the Intel Galileo Gen2 and the
Siemens SIMATIC IOT2000. For those boards, ACPI-based enumeration is
included.

Due to the lack of regulators under ACPI, we hard-code the voltage
provided to the VA pin of the ADC to 5 V, the value used on Galileo and
IOT2000. For DT usage, the regulator "vref-supply" provides this
information. Note that DT usage has not been tested.

7fa049dd1b dt-bindings: gpu: add bindings for the ARM Mali Midgard GPU
The ARM Mali Midgard GPU family is present in a number of SoCs
from many different vendors such as Samsung Exynos and Rockchip.

Import the device tree bindings documentation from the r16p0
release of the Mali Midgard GPU kernel driver:

  https://developer.arm.com/-/media/Files/downloads/mali-drivers/kernel/mali-midgard-gpu/TX011-SW-99002-r16p0-00rel0.tgz

Remove the copyright and GPL licence header as deemed not necessary.

Redesign the "compatible" property strings to list all the Mali
Midgard GPU types and add vendor specific ones.

Drop the "clock-names" property as the Mali Midgard GPU uses only one
clock (the driver now needs to call clk_get with NULL).

Convert the "interrupt-names" property values to lower-case: "job",
"mmu" and "gpu".

Replace the deprecated "operating-points" optional property with
"operating-points-v2".

Omit the following optional properties in this initial version as they
are only used in very specific cases:

  * snoop_enable_smc
  * snoop_disable_smc
  * jm_config
  * power_model
  * system-coherency
  * ipa-model

Update the example accordingly to reflect all these changes, based on
rk3288 mali-t760.

7fbcf3afe6 drivers/serial: Add driver for Aspeed virtual UART
This change adds a driver for the 16550-based Aspeed virtual UART
device. We use a similar process to the of_serial driver for device
probe, but expose some VUART-specific functions through sysfs too.

The VUART is two UART 'front ends' connected by their FIFO (no actual
serial line in between). One is on the BMC side (management controller)
and one is on the host CPU side.

This driver is for the BMC side. The sysfs files allow the BMC
userspace, which owns the system configuration policy, to specify at
what IO port and interrupt number the host side will appear to the host
on the Host <-> BMC LPC bus. It could be different on a different system
(though most of them use 3f8/4).

OpenPOWER host firmware doesn't like it when the host-side of the
VUART's FIFO is not drained. This driver only disables host TX discard
mode when the port is in use. We set the VUART enabled bit when we bind
to the device, and clear it on unbind.

We don't want to do this on open/release, as the host may be using this
bit to configure serial output modes, which is independent of whether
the devices has been opened by BMC userspace.

65db7a0c98 usb: dwc3: add disable u2mac linestate check quirk
This patch adds a quirk to disable USB 2.0 MAC linestate check
during HS transmit. Refer the dwc3 databook, we can use it for
some special platforms if the linestate not reflect the expected
line state(J) during transmission.

When use this quirk, the controller implements a fixed 40-bit
TxEndDelay after the packet is given on UTMI and ignores the
linestate during the transmit of a token (during token-to-token
and token-to-data IPGAP).

On some rockchip platforms (e.g. rk3399), it requires to disable
the u2mac linestate check to decrease the SSPLIT token to SETUP
token inter-packet delay from 566ns to 466ns, and fix the issue
that FS/LS devices not recognized if inserted through USB 3.0 HUB.

5be21d0a0f ARM: dts: rockchip: rename RK1108-evb to RV1108-evb
Rockchip finally named the SOC as RV1108, so change it
for compatible.

The rk1108/rv1108 is completely new to the market, so there no real
devices exist in the wild, only the Rockchip internal evaluation
board. Therefore we're not breaking any existing devices when
changing compatible values.

de120d092e dt-bindings: display: sun4i: Add component endpoint ID numbering scheme
The Allwinner display pipeline contains many hardware components, some
of which can consume data from one of multiple upstream components.
The numbering scheme of these components must be encoded into the device
tree so the driver can figure out which component out of two or more of
the same type it is supposed to use or program.

This patch adds the constraint that local endpoint IDs must be the index
or number of the remote endpoint's hardware block, for all components
in the display pipeline up to the TCONs.

Pull thermal management updates from Zhang Rui:

 - Fix a problem where orderly_shutdown() is called for multiple times
   due to multiple critical overheating events raised in a short period
   by platform thermal driver. (Keerthy)

 - Introduce a backup thermal shutdown mechanism, which invokes
   kernel_power_off()/emergency_restart() directly, after
   orderly_shutdown() being issued for certain amount of time(specified
   via Kconfig). This is useful in certain conditions that userspace may
   be unable to power off the system in a clean manner and leaves the
   system in a critical state, like in the middle of driver probing
   phase. (Keerthy)

 - Introduce a new interface in thermal devfreq_cooling code so that the
   driver can provide more precise data regarding actual power to the
   thermal governor every time the power budget is calculated. (Lukasz
   Luba)

 - Introduce BCM 2835 soc thermal driver and northstar thermal driver,
   within a new sub-folder. (Rafał Miłecki)

 - Introduce DA9062/61 thermal driver. (Steve Twiss)

 - Remove non-DT booting on TI-SoC driver. Also add support to fetching
   coefficients from DT. (Keerthy)

 - Refactorf RCAR Gen3 thermal driver. (Niklas Söderlund)

 - Small fix on MTK and intel-soc-dts thermal driver. (Dawei Chien,
