The abracon,tc-diode and abracon,tc-resistor DT properties are only
valid for the ABx0804 and ABx0805. Furthermore, they must both be
present, or neither of them must be specified. Add rules to check this.
The generic abracon,abx08x compatible string doesn't indicate which chip
variant is used, but performs auto-detection at runtime. It must this
also allow the two above properties.

Samsung Exynos SoC reuses several devices from older designs, thus
historically we kept the old (block's) compatible only. This works fine
and there is no bug here, however guidelines expressed in
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/writing-bindings.rst state that:
1. Compatibles should be specific.
2. We should add new compatibles in case of bugs or features.
Add compatibles specific to each SoC in front of all old-SoC-like
compatibles.

Convert the existing txt binding to the preferred YAML format.
The pcf2123 node may contain SPI settings such as spi-cs-high and
spi-max-frequency, which keeps it from being added to the trivial-rtc
binding with its current definition. Add a reference to
spi-peripheral-props.yaml to account for that.
The "interrupts" property was missing in the binding although it is
already supported. Add the missing property in the new binding.

The isl12022 has a built-in support for monitoring the voltage of the
backup battery, and setting bits in the status register when that
voltage drops below two predetermined levels (usually 85% and 75% of
the nominal voltage). However, since it can operate at wide range of
battery voltages (2.5V - 5.5V), one must configure those trip levels
according to which battery is used on a given board.
Add bindings for defining these two trip levels. While the register
and bit names suggest that they should correspond to 85% and 75% of
the nominal battery voltage, the data sheet also says
There are total of 7 levels that could be selected for the first
alarm. Any of the of levels could be selected as the first alarm
with no reference as to nominal Battery voltage level.
Hence this provides the hardware designer the ability to choose values
based on the discharge characteristics of the battery chosen for the
given product, rather than just having one battery-microvolt property
and having the driver choose levels close to 0.85/0.75 times that.
