Anish Bhatt c5bbcb5822 cxgb4i: Remove duplicate call to dst_neigh_lookup() 
There is an extra call to dst_neigh_lookup() leftover in cxgb4i that can cause
an unreleased refcnt issue. Remove extraneous call.
