Thomas Gleixner 43ca7ec96f ACPI: remove the now unused ifdef code ...

The conversion of x86-64 to clock events makes the
 #ifdef CONFIG_GENERIC_CLOCKEVENTS
 n the timer broadcast functions useless. Remove it.
