Eric Dumazet 859f8b265f ipv6: lockless IPV6_FLOWINFO_SEND implementation ... np->sndflow reads are racy. Use one bit ftom atomic inet->inet_flags instead, IPV6_FLOWINFO_SEND setsockopt() can be lockless.
