Gaurav Singh 71fed0bc86 ethtool: ethnl_set_linkmodes: remove redundant null check ...

info cannot be NULL here since its being accessed earlier
in the function: nlmsg_parse(info->nlhdr...). Remove this
redundant NULL check.
