Pull x86 build updates from Ingo Molnar:

 - Update the objdump & instruction decoder self-test code for better
   LLVM toolchain compatibility

 - Rework CONFIG_X86_PAE dependencies, for better readability and higher
   robustness.

 - Misc cleanups
