Haavard Skinnemoen b788ed5c97 avr32: Provide PCI DMA mapping API ...

Some non-PCI drivers need the PCI variant of the DMA mapping API.
Include <asm-generic/pci-dma-compat.h> to provide this through the
non-PCI DMA mapping API.
