Joel Stanley 97bae47812 ARM: configs: aspeed: Add new drivers ...

- LPC Host Controller
 - Pulse Width Modulation and Tachometer
 - Analog to Digital converter

These three new drivers for the Aspeed SoCs will appear in 4.12. This
defconfig is based on next-20170406.
