Denis Efremov 9b87647c66 asm-generic: add unlikely to default BUG_ON(x) ...

Add unlikely to default BUG_ON(x) in !CONFIG_BUG. It makes
the define consistent with BUG_ON(x) in CONFIG_BUG.
