Paul E. McKenney c8c03ad9d7 rcu-tasks: Flag offline CPUs in RCU Tasks Trace stall warnings 
This commit tags offline CPUs with "(offline)" in RCU Tasks Trace CPU
stall warnings.  This is a debugging aid.
