Smatch complains that these error paths are missing cleanup:

    drivers/mtd/mtdcore.c:983 mtd_otp_nvmem_add()
    warn: missing unwind goto?

This needs to call nvmem_unregister(mtd->otp_user_nvmem) before
returning.
