Paul E. McKenney a8f0ff9185 drivers/pci/controller: Remove "select SRCU" 
Now that the SRCU Kconfig option is unconditionally selected, there is
no longer any point in selecting it.  Therefore, remove the "select SRCU"
Kconfig statements.
